The description of the slimx says it plays enhanced cds and cd plus. what are those? Does it take advantage of HDCD stuff, like on the new tool album?

I don't have slimx but enhanced cds (over-burn???) and cd plus are not HDCD.
To take advantage of HDCD you need IC that is able to decode HDCD algorithm.
I don’t know what chipset they use, but I don’t believe slimx is capable to decode HDCD. If is, please correct me – In this case slimx could be the most advance PCD/MP3P
