Hi i am considering upgrading my cable and getting a shorter one as i only need 1.25-1.5m

1. is a silver/copper cable going to improve the sound
2. recommendations for a cable
3. which ebay (uk) sellers make the best after market cables

Check out these guys - they're in the UK. I bought a 2,5mm balanced cable (orig Sennheiser, reterminated) all went very well.
