HD580, HD600, HD650 spade connectors

This is probably a dumb question but I'll ask anyway. I couldn't find the answer. Is there anywhere I can purchase the proprietary spade connectors for the Sennheiser HD600 headphones for DIY cabling? I don't want to splice up my stock wire.

The only way to do it is to buy another stock cable from Sennheiser and take the connectors from that.

In one of the other Head-Fi forums (cables/tweaks, maybe?), someone posted some email correspondence with Cardas where they said they are working on DIY Senn. 580/600/650 connectors that should be available 1Q 2006.
