HD580 channel imbalance - how does Senn usually handle?

I bought a second HD580 recently before they disappear and I'm just now using it and notice a substantial channel imbalance compared to my other pair. Anyone know how quickly Senn handles repairs? Anyone have a hassle getting repaired for this reason?

Were they purchased from an authorized dealer? Just curious...

If they were, they should be covered by a warranty repair for two years. Should take a couple of weeks for them to test and repair if necessary.
