Are any affordable HD tuners going to avaliable soon? The only 2 tuners I've seen are 2K+ and the Rotel one is not avaliable, nor is it on the rotel website. I hope the MSRP is around 500-600 dollars so I can actually afford that thing some time soon.

Boston Acoustics has a tabletop model just below your price range, but I do not know if it has a line-out.
