After 5 long years a brand new colour!!! And only 11 years after the release of the original. The pace of innovation at Sennheiser astounds me.
Can you please paint the HDVD800 Gold as well?
I can then buy both and match it to my gold phone and my gold watch and my gold Beats.

The Gold colour scheme looks nice and then they put a Silver colour Anniversary label on the headband.

So it is total same as the HD800S , only in different colour.
I am really disappointed since i hoped they release a new dynamic headphone with the same holograph soundstage like the HD800 but what can actually beat the Focal Utopia in technicalities, like beryllium material drivers or etc. Maybe in the future 20 years :/

No label - it's engraved on the headband itself.
It may be engraved, but why Silver and not Gold. It just clashes
That looks sweet! Still one of my favorite open-back headphone. Can’t wait for the review!
