Help!
I purchased a beautiful pair of Sennheiser HD 280 Pro's back in March/April, and they've completely changed my perception of portable audio output quality. But the right ear has started not working sporadically!
This is a huge, gigantic problem. I don't know how many of you have used these (or any decent) headphones with only one ear working, but it ruins the experience.
The thing is I know it's not completely broken, because I can tilt it certain ways and I'll hear output from the right eat at times. The left ear, the one the cord is attached to, always works without fail. I can try tilting the right ear vertically away from my ear in combination with horizontal jiggling and sometimes I can achieve sustained periods of time where I can hear the output from the broken ear, but usually the position it needs to be in for that to happen is *not* around my ear!
I hope there's a loose connection in the headphones somewhere which would be easily verified and fixed by doing something or other... but what??
Please help and give suggestions!!
