Hi - i'm on the verge of getting some Sennheiser HD-25's.....I just wanted to ask a couple of questions:

1. Will my ipod nano (3rd gen) drive them OK? (want it fairly loud)

2. Using them in the gym.......will they be too uncomfortable / too much ear-hotness / annoying heavy cable??

3. Will they look a bit OTT in the gym (not SO bothered about that - but i don't want to look like an idiot!)

Cheers!

i've got a pair of HD25-1's and i think you ipod will do a good enough job of powering them.

as for the gym, if the HD25's are anything like the HD25-1's, the clamoing effect will be good enough to keep them on your head. try and by the velor ear pads though, cause they don't make your ears sweat.

youd look like an idiot, thats for sure. i think itll be too bulky for gym use. just get some cheap IEMs man, you dont wanna risk on bringing too much moisture on the drivers and the pads (YUCK). Theres the JVC marshmallows for 10 bucks (dont tell me you dont have 10 bucks to shell out).
