I was going to include the M-80's but I'm pretty sure there not up to the competition, and the HD 25-1-II but didn't wanna get into a 1-II vs. Amperior thing.
I need high isolation and sound quality with sparkly highs and punchy bass. I'm looking for clear and detailed, musical presentation. Not nessesarily "warm" but not cold and hard sounding, more smooth and detailed with some sparkle up top. I need isolation so I can hear the details on the go and at work.
Complicating matters, I want an ample amount of good quality well extended bass it needs to sound deep and musical and have some impact so I know its there. (Think SE215's/DT 770's) To little is a deal breaker to much isn't, until you get to Sony XB/AT Pro 700 territory.
Will be using some amp.
