I just tried to send a new PM from my iPhone 4 and the form repeatedly jumped all over the screen - I sort of had to chase it down to hit the "send" button. I have had the same issue using the dialog box to report a spam post.

And heaven help you if you post a long reply. The submit button will likely disappear on you.
