Has anyone tried the new Zen Xtra?

creative stated around the 1st/2nd week of june that the Touch would be released by the end of the month.

Well its the beginning of July now and they still have not stated a firm release date...I'm really looking forward to this player, and bar any immediate problems with it at release, i will be buying one.

I've just had a look at the Zen Touch. I can't believe Zen would release something that looks nearly identical to the iPod. This looks to me like a lawsuit waiting to happen.

yeah.. they, like, both have a screen. and they're both white. and they both play music. it's practically identical to the iPod. i'm not even sure I could tell them apart.

It doesnt look that much like it other than that its white. And Creative did a realy good thign that should save them from lawsuit by having the touch sensitive scroll as a verticle bar instead of the circle. Plus the touch is a lot thicker.
