Seen them before, I think Jude has one (pretty sure it was Jude who showed them off in the "Show us your Head-Fi Station" thread; but it might've been someone else) - probably others do as well. My understanding is that it's fantastic if you like the headphones they will modify for you (and you have to buy the headphones from them); but they apparently have a fairly limited number of headphones they'll do.

I have the 800's. I was wondering if the way they do it, somehow affect the overall quality (incl. sound) of the headphones.
