Has anyone here tried the Portal Audio Panache amp for headphone use?

I was looking at the ad for this amp in TAS and decided to visit their website. Unlike most speaker amplifiers, this is the first company I've seen that actually pays homage to headphone users. I wonder if anyone has tried this amp for headphones or speakers over here?

we've been trying to get one for the NY meets over the past few years, but it never panned out. i've never seen a post here by an owner. I'm curious too.

I posted a thread regarding this amp in 2002. I was interested in acquiring one at the time, but never followed through. I would still love to hear this baby.

If you do a search, I believe there is even more info on the Panache.

Sam Tellig did a review in Stereophile & commented on the headphone section do a search on the stereophile website under archive artichles.

I had contacted Joe abrhams ,About a amp for one of the NY meets,Joe was going to attend the meet & bring a amp with him but he never showed or sent the amp so I kinda dropped any further efforts.

I'm in a strange land right now, financially speaking. If things improve soon I might get one of these. I was wondering since these are kind od custom made whether I could get it modded to include an electrostatic energiser (maybe even use my E-90 for parts). This way the headphone out could be for dynamics and the speaker out could be used for my electrostat.
