Has anybody been able to get a hold of Mr. Samuels via email?

I've emailed him twice now about the Hornet I sent him for the "M" mod (tracking said he signed for it late last week).

Still no answer. Is it just me?

Ray's very busy, and it can sometimes take a significant amount of time to get a response. I wouldn't worry though, I'm sure your amp is in good hands.

Don't worry, Ray will get back to you just as soon as he possibly can. He's one of the most stand up guys around.

I once called RSA on a Sunday evening and Ray actually answered the phone himself! Try getting that kind of response from other companies.

I'm sure if he hasn't answered back it's because it's just not possible for him to do it right at the momment.

I'm in the same boat as you, I sent in my Tomahawk to get a different coloured chassis the week before last, and am sitting on my hands waiting for it to show back up on my doorstep,but I won't bother with the e-mail, the response time is a bit of a wait.

I emailed and he took about 2 days to reply me. I emailed again today, but no responses yet. He took a while i guess ...

I talked to Ray last week on the phone. If you need to touch base with him, just give him a call. I am sure he is swamp with work with the release of the Apache and all the Hornet and Tomahawk sales not to mention his other product lines.

Talked to Ray last Friday and he was awaiting the arrival of the anodized Apache cases, so I'll bet he is furiously working on the first shipment of Apaches.... Never have a worry with Ray... just chill....

You are not Robinson Crusoe on this. I am waiting for a response to an email I sent last Saturday. I am sure he will get around to it.

Thanks for all the inputs, guys. I may just call Mr. Samuels indeed, but I wouldn't mind if the Hornet comes in late; I can't use it until I get the iMod cable anyway.
