Hey thanks guys for all the good birthday wishes. You are awesome.
I had a great weekend. On Saturday I fulfilled a dream by going on my first tandem skydive. OMG! Freakin' awesome. There's nothing like a freefall from 14000 feet down to 5000 - what a rush! And notice I said 'first'. I definitely plan to go again. This may become addictive, as I can easily see how it does for many.
Last night, I went up to the Indian Casino (Mohegan Sun) here in CT, with some buds of mine. Had lots of fun, and basically broke even. Can't ask for more than that.
Today was family day with parents, brothers, sisters-in-law, nieces & nephews, and a few aunts & uncles thrown into the mix. Good food & desserts, and lots of home-made gifts from the young ones (those are my favs).
I've already treated myself to a few toys over the past few weeks - a new PC with a nice 18" LCD display, and the nOrh amp w/Rega Planet 2K CDP, getting my AKG K1000's back in action again. Enjoying them all.
