I'd say let's all pitch in and buy you some headphones...but you have a pair of just about every dynamic out there...and with your ear/r10 combo...prolly electrostats can't really compete, just different flavours. So how about a big HOPE YOU HAVE A KICK ASS DAY! instead

here's a suggestion... someone should try making one of the taiwanese amp designs by david lin like the LC-iCute or the LC-1 and send it to hirsch... i've never heard them, but if they turn out to be good, then we might have new competition for the meta42's and such...

Kinda like a reverse birthday thing...instead of getting older you start taking numbers off and instead of getting more loot you start giving crap away !
