On the spec sheet for this line of transformers (http://www.hammondmfg.com/pdf/5c0028.pdf), it states that the filament voltage is, for example, 5V ct @ 4A. Does this mean that it is 5V between each supply line and the center tap (ie. 5-0-5 for 10V total) or is it 5V across the full secondary?

That link is broken (404's on me) but usually they mean 5V across the whole thing from all the other transformers i've come across
