I've always been into the low to mid-fi part of headphones and IEM. I've have and currently own the AD300, Koss Pro DJ 100, KSC75, and RX900. I plan to sell most of my headphones and maybe IEMs to create a ~$200 budget for a higher end headphone. I listen to all kinds of music(mainly electronic, such as trance, progressive, dnb, hardcore, and classical, hip hop, R&B, rock), so I'd prefer an all-around headphone.

The only amp I have is the E5 and my receiver's headphone jack.

The problem is that to me, very few under $200 headphones sound better than your DJ100 when amped

If you like the mids on them, I'd suggest the Sennheiser HD-598. You can get them for $170-$200 quite easily.
They're more comfortable and have a much larger soundstage, with less bass. They share many similarities and I'm not sure if that's what you want. The sound signature of the HD-598 is much more smoother than the DJ100, but still fun to listen to. The level of detail on both feels the same to me.
They seem to be very good for everything I've tried them with.
