I have a Zen micro, and I want a set of headphones since I don't always feel like sticking the e2c's in my ears, and I'm more or less smitten with the styling of the Grados. Would they sound good (sr60 or 80) with my micro or should I look at something different? I welcome any advice, I'm in the learning process here.

Unfortunatly there's not a chance in hell to actually try out any such headphones, due to where I live, so I'd have to dive in headfirst so to speak.

Pardon me if this is a silly thing to ask.

60's. No contest. Buy with confidence.

Grado's are not super portable though (thick 6.5 foot cord, w/ large miniplug). I suggest Koss KSC75's or Sennheiser PX100's. Both sound great and have thinner 4.5 foot cords, w/ smaller miniplug connectors.
