Hey there,
 
I own a pair of AKG k240's that I got for free from the studio I work at, but I'm looking to take a slight step up when it comes to personal audio. I've narrowed down the headphones in my budget to the Beyerdynamic DT770's or a pair of Grado's that one of you lovely people might recommend to me. Which should I go after? 
 
Additionally, I am pretty much set on going with the simple setup of the Schiit Magni and Modi, but if someone has a better option to accompany either headphone, I'd welcome suggestions.

hiya, what  do you expect from the new headphone? more bass or better soundstage or neutral sound or what? describe in few words
