Grado SR80 vs. SR325i Comparison

i don't ACTUALLY know if they're more refined than the 'normal' SR325i's though, as I don't have any others to compare mine against. I've emailed Grado with a link to this thread and asked them if there's any way the wrong drivers may have been put in.

It all depends on the equipment you connect the SR325i's to. Mine sound smoother than the DT880 Pro's connected to my CDP/Amp combo.

Can anyone here who owns SR325i's have a look at the back of their drivers? I just noticed this afternoon that mine say "GRADO 32" in the centre, in a greyish colour on a tar-black background. Does this concur with your 325i's?
