Help!  As minor as this might sound after an hour or sometimes sooner, the pads start to feel itchy on my ears.  It is so annoying to me I must fix or replace them or I'll have to sell the phones.  Seems like long time ago I read you could soak them in soapy water?  Any relatively inexpensive replacements that would not have this problem?

If you can stand the bright yellow color the Sennheiser pads are a lot more comfortable and softer too.
