I want to get a set of really good sounding headphones on a budget for my iPod... I dont plan on amping the Pod either. I am trying to decide between the SR60 which seems to be a nice match for the power output on the iPod and the SennHD570 which I found a bunch of refurbed ones for way cheap... less than the price of the Grado's.

What do you guys think.

Whatever you do don't get the HD570, they are the most power-hungry cans I've ever tried and sound horrible out of even a powerful portable.

i would choose the SR-60. HD570 sucks more power than most other dynamic headphones out there in the market.

owning the hd570's and the sr80's myself... I don't find the power issue as a real big deal in my use, but the sound of the grados is definitely superior. Much more detail and true to the source material.

If you are looking for more comfort than the grado provide though, look at something other than either headphone (the 570's like the other folks said are not designed for iPods regardless).
