Which one should I get?

I like the noise reduction on the ANC7, but from what I've been reading grado is a good way to go.

I listen to mostly electronica and rock, what to do guys?

Noise cancelling features tend to actually hurt sound quality rather than help it, but I've never heard the Audio Technicas personally. If you want headphones that block out the outside world, the best thing to do is get something that's sound isolating (meaning it PHYSICALLY blocks the sound rather than electronically), such as in-ear monitors or various closed headphones.

What closed headphones would you recommend?

The only ones in that price range I can personally recommend with any confidence are the AKG K81DJ. I've heard good things about the Audio Technica ATH-A700, but I've never personally listened to them for long enough to give much of an opinion.

Looking up these headphones, my price range is a bit more than what these headphones cost. My price range is $150-$200 CAD.

Both Audio-Technica ANC7 and Koss KSC75. If you want, you can also add Grado SR60 later.
