Do you think this is a good combo? Or should I save my money and get something better? If you think I should get something better, please recommend. Thanks! All comments/suggestions are very appricetated.

Kevin.

2nd. My SR-125 sounded great with the PAV2.

Excellent duo, they work really well together.

Is the difference that big, when comparing the un-amped SR225's to an amped PA2V2 and SR225 combo? Is it worth the $60.

What other amps have good synergy with Grados? Max. $150

Thanks!

To me of the under $150 that I have heard and which are still in production the PAV2 has the best sound with Grado cans. If you are not satisfied you could try the HeadRoom Airhead, or Practical Devices XM3. Good luck.

The PA2V2 made a nice difference for me with most low-impedance headphones I tried.
