Grado RA1 amp and Sennheiser HD650.

I currently use my RA1 amp (not the high gain model) with my SR325s.

I'm debating picking up the Sennheiser HD650s. Has anyone tried to drive the HD650s with this amp? How did it work out for you?

A whole bunch of people including yours truly have been using their (original) RA-1 to power their HD-600 cans, and I bet the HD-650 would form a good pair, as well.

I don't want to put you off but you'd find loads of info on this if you performed a search.

I did....but many people seemed to be giving their opinions instead of having actual experience with the combo. Thus the thread....
