It's funny you say that because upon further testing I went back to the regular tips because the double flanges were a bit too long causing them to stick out of my ears too much to the point where the iems were unable to rest in my concha properly.
 
Oddly enough I've achieved a near perfect fit by using the M on my left ear and the L on my right. I can eat crunchy foods while running and they won't budge.

Good, you mean the stock M and L tips?.....Yes, the M tips also my preferred ones (sometimes) next to the bi-flanges.....

Summary of my exp with GR07s in general:
 
I'll first start by stating that if you have not ordered the GR07's this is going to be the most difficult part of the set @_@;; 
I'm not anywhere near as big of an audio guy as some of the members here, but I certainly have my own high standards that affect competitive gaming/quality audio. The only thing that really kept me from returning the GR07 bass was the fact that they are really sleek and fit so close to the ear that you can lay down without them smashing into your ears. They definitely excel in comfort imo, but the support and tips are a real hassle.

Anyway, I was using the original foam tips with these but, man, it's hard to keep white ear tips good looking, especially with the black/red design of this set. So, I ventured off to the land of ebay and eventually settled on ordering this, which I believe were linked earlier somewhere in the thread:

^^The above is a direct link, which I must say is surprisingly hard for people to do in this thread. If you're intending on helping people, please make it easy for them and don't be insanely vague. I literally read through this thread twice, and as someone who is not a super audiophile, I had no idea about half the references being made or where to find the items mentioned.

^ Most importantly these tips do not come with a real stem so you need to add your own. Just cut off and around one of the useless GR07 stock tips you received, put that on the IEM, then add these foam tips on top and they will do NO sliding or ever get stuck in your ear. It works very well and doesn't bulk them up too much or anything.

^You can see these tips come a bit more narrow but are still large at the back so they still seal off well.

^Most important to note here is that they do fit back a bit further than the original foams/stock tips because they have to go over the stem that you install so that they fit securely. This is fine however since it kind of negates their length difference with the original foams being a little bit smaller (so you get more or less the same fit in terms of how deep they are going).
 
All in all, they retain the exact same sound quality as the original foams, fit securely with the mod, and look awesome. No more embarrassing inserts around people who might notice your gross white tips Best of all, these foams are incredibly cheap compared to most others people have been recommending here, so at the very least, I strongly recommend giving them a try. Ordering from the above link you get first class shipping and EIGHT of these foam tips which means you can continually use the stock GR07 tip stems and replace them if needed for a grand total of $6!
 
 
 
As an update on other things I did contact comply via twitter before ordering these to see if they had any progress on the other tips they mentioned earlier in the thread. Unfortunately not.

So, don't wait around for those. It really does seem like VSonic doesn't have much interest in supporting outside their local region. I literally have not heard back from support since I contacted them months ago even though I have a warranty... If I ever want to get them repaired or something I'll literally have to wait past a year to contact the additional 2 year warranty company insurance thingie i bought >.>....

So has there been any kind of consensus/agreement on what the best Comply tip size is? I've seen about an equal amount of people saying the 100/200/400 are the best fit, so they can't be all right. Feels like a silly thing to ask but I don't feel like spending $20 to have the tips fall off in my ears or nearly break my GR07's trying to put them on.

I can tell you that I found the 400 to be too loose. The 200 were snug enough to not want to fall off but not so tight that it was a difficult struggle to put them on the nozzle. Never had the 100's.

Thanks for the input, probably gonna go with the 200's then. Any preference between the T and TS series for anyone that's tried both? I read in another thread that the TS's sound slightly better because the length wasn't as long, but ultimately I care more for the fit/comfort.

I would not buy the Comply's. I bought the 400s and the bore hole size is too big. Others have confirmed this, but I only read the first 5 to 7 pages of this thread (which is now up to 21). And thanks Head-Fier's for all the reasearch and info. I now fell better I can at least order the original tips.
 
 
So after reading the 21 pages here is what I have learned...The 400s will slide over the whole nozzle to the very end all the way to the plastic housing (past the stop where the original foams stop). The 200s are just a bit lose and might be left in your ear canal when removing the headphones. The 100s can be stretched, but the narrow opening might alter and color the sound.

They say they fit the GR07s and they are from Penon Audio. If you click the ebay on the link on that page, you will see that Penon is ebay user bigbargainonline. 
 
The tips are cheaper than Comply's, although they might take a bit longer to get to the states, but well worth it for the price and for an exact fit. I don't blame Comply. It is hard to justify making a special size just for one or a few sets of in ear headphones, even with the popularity of the GR07s. It looks like the Sennheiser Momentum In Ear also does not fit their standard sizes and I am starting to wonder if the nozzle size of the Momentums is similar to the GR07s. If so, this would be a good thing due to the increasing popularity of the Momentum In Ears. I did not opt for those, instead going for the GR07 BEs for over the ear fit and better hi-fi clarity. And yes, the included foam tips give the best in comfort and sound quality. All the rubber tips color the sound somehow.

You will have red, blue,cyan, purple, green,orange,yellow colored silicon sleeves with black tube and another sets of same blue, cyan, purple which are Noise Isolating Hybrid tips (foam inside the sleeves)......the full black ones are S,M,L single flanges and a M bi-flange tips......The color sleeves are marked, like SS,ML etc. and pair of foam tips......

I like the idea of a foam transplant. I.m going to try that myself. How do you cut the foam? do you cut pieces and fill the empty space in the silicone or do you clip the tops off and slide them in?
