Recently I started a thread about females on head fi. I searched for those two words and a couple others I don't remember now. Nothing coming up that looked close to what I was writing. I'm sure something existed, but nothing came up. Well, I guess we aren't running the google search engine here. Its far from perfect, and I don't think its fair for us to act indignant when someone re posts an already posted, and or even common topic thread. Lets face it we aren't working with perfection around here. See ya guys later.

You're mad at the site's search engine because you started a thread asking about female members and we ribbed you for it? Blame us, not the site. And besides, we were just messing with you. Go to any tech forum and start a similar thread, and you'll get the same responses. No girls for you!!

What?
Next time use the built in search engine, as Google might not catch everything in this forum...

He did use the built-in search engine. He's saying he was unable to locate a topic on female members, which is why he started his own.

I looked at the thread topic and his post...
Google Search Engine

Then concluded that he used Google Search to look for females on Head-Fi.

He's saying the head-fi search engline isn't as good as the Google search engine, so it isn't his fault that he inadvertently did a re-post topic.

It still sounds as if he's using it for comparison, kinda like:

Google SE = Perfect
Head-fi SE = 7/10

Although, I may be completely and utterly off-base, but I've already chosen a stance.

Funny, when I searched for 'female' and 'Head-Fi,' I found two very relevant threads on the first page. Seems like the search engine is doing a satisfactory job to me.

I would've searched for "girls" and "nude".

Well, that's not really my thing.
