What is recommended in a REALLY good sounding 4-6GB player.

I am using a 2GB Magnavox, which is fine BUT is NOT gapless

It is really amazing how this thing sounds with my E/A PAV2, to wit I haven't forgotten the review I had planned.

The gap in this player between classical recordings is annoying as it is primarily a WMA player.

Any recommendations would be appreciated especially for a gapless player with good sound on a budget would be appreciated.

Ideas on the Sandisk upgradable 2GB player??

cant say anything about the others but cowon d2+ is not gapless. gapless would be not having the silence in between the changing of tracks no?

I think I'm leaning towards the amp3 pro2

Based on what I've seen, it seems to be an amazing sounding player from what I've read.

I also LOVE the idea of using the SD cards.

Now have to see what the budget says for February.

Thanks all!!

Nationite s:Flo2 is the REALLY good sounding DAP but does not support gapless play.

The AMP3 doesn't play so good as the s:Flo2 (IMO, AMP3 is #2 SQwise in DAPs listed above).

Cowon D2+, S9, Sansa Fuse, Clip have VERY bad SQ, this is nothing to compete with the SQ of the s:Flo2 or AMP3. The D2+, Fuse support gapless play when rockboxed.
