Good price for custom ear modes

I'm thinking about getting some custom ear modes for my UE TF10s. What is a good price? I know people at a local ear specialist clinic with custom ear mode  people, and they may be able to give a discount.

depending on your location and if you're a member, people have been known to get them at costco for free

Seriously, does anyone know a decent price in Australia? prices seem to be greater than $200 here...

Once you make the ear mode over the IEMs, it's permanent right? You can't remove it.

You can get them remolded. There are several companies that will reshell customs.
