I'm looking for a nice set of headphones to use while I'm working. I work in an office cubicle and currently use a Audio-Technica QuietPoint ATH-ANC7 set. My biggest goal is to be able to listen to my music (reasonably-)loud without everyone around me complaining that they can hear it (as is the problem with my current set).

Just to summarize my wishlist:
1. Isolated sound so people around me aren't disrupted by the music.
2. Wireless would be nice (bluetooth would be incredible).
3. Over-the-ear is preferable, but I'm starting to understand that in-ear is the only way to get the isolated sound?

Any suggestions are appreciated!

Thanks, J

Ok, i don't think i will be able to give you the best answer, but i feel the Shure SRH840 is a good option for sound isolation, and for an IEM   Shure se-425, personally i prefer IEMs for an environment that requires little to no sound leakage.  as regards to a wireless set, the only ones i can recommend are open back.
