Good headphones for gaming and others?

Hey, I'm looking for a good pair of headphones for competitive gaming(mainly FPS), music and whatever I can do with them. My budget is around $200. I'm actually going to wait till Christmas, Black Friday and other holidays for the deals on Amazon. I prefer open headphones. I'm planning on getting the Audio Technica AT2020 Deluxe USB, so I'm going to plug in the headphones into the microphone because it has a dac. 
 
I was looking at these headphones.
Sennheiser HD 558
Sennheiser HD 518 
Sennheiser HD 598
 
Any suggestions?

IMO it's just better value for money than anything else <$150 (barring the Grado SR80i, but I'm biased like that). You can mod it pretty easily to sound (or so I'm told) exactly like the HD598, which is a fantastic pair of headphones.

I'd say Sony ma900 and a sound card of some sort. Like the xonar dx

Nah, just get a cheap sound card for the virtual surround and better sound quality. You'll be good I suppose.
