Just paid for Swans M200MKII from ProAudioHome.

Like, upgrade once for all decent External Soundcard or DAC for Swans M200MKII. My budget Rs.5000-6000.

PC >> Soundcard or DAC >> Swans M200MKII

Any suggestions?

We can easily Google the exchange rate, what we can't look up are:

1. How much local dealers in your area sell such items

2. If buying from online dealers with warehouses outside your country, what your street address is or at least what city and state/province/prefecture/etc so someone can look up shipping cost estimates...

3. ...and what exactly your actual government tarriff rules are and more importantly how they're applied in practice, ex Philippines has a clause that basically says, "Customs Agent has the right to call BS on your documents and declarations and will look up prices online, we don't care if you bought it used or it's a warranty replacement, because F-You!" (basically anywhere other than "Free Trade happy, pre-let's renegotiate NAFTA and screw TPP" USA).

So for example, we recommend something that's about $90 on Amazon. You'll just end up replying, 'oh yeah but shipping is over my budget." Someone says stretch a little, you do, and then you end up dealing with a Customs agent charging you $45 for it.
