Good desktop DAC/AMP for the EL-8C?

Looking for a good DAC/AMP that pairs pretty well with the EL-8C and looks good on my desk next to my iMac. If it's under 600 and the color black that's a plus. Still interested in all suggestions though.
 
Just a little bit about me, I'm an audio noob but love music. I would love to level up my listening experience while learning about the hardware too!

Any reviews of these two together? I've never heard of this AMP/DAC before.

It's a solid state amp that measures uber well. It should be accurate and transparent. Look at the specs. All of the distortion measures are outside the range of human hearing. So it should reproduce the music without coloring the music or coloring your headphones.
