Right now the only pair I've seen are the Ath M50s but they seem a little bulky.... anyway thanks for the help

What type of music will you be listening to?  I'd recommend the V-moda m80 and UE6000 regardless!  Ever since the massive price drop they had, they've been owning the $100-$150 price range for closed portables.

the vmoda lp are quite bass-heavy btw. +1 on the ue6000 at sub-$100. they retailed at $200 & had a ton of positive feedback at that price. the white is sexy & they can fold-up.

I Googled the ue6000 and they look very nice.... would you happen to know how they look around the neck?

they look great & sexy, and you're sure to get all the girls chasing after you w/ it on. (but only if you get the white)

I believe it was either the Sony MDR-V55 or the Sony X10 that I recall having great clarity and a good amount of bass, and I find Sony headphones to look pretty good. Looking at reviews the MDR-V55 might be better but a little less good looking. These seem to be in your price range, but I haven't listened to them in a while, so you might want to compare them with your other choices or ask about them.

I've had the UE9000's which were similar to the UE6000. The main problem i found with them is their headband. There is very little padding which i find uncomfortable for wearing over long period of time. While the ue6000's are lighter than the ue9000's it may mean that there will be less pressure on the top of your head than the 9k's. Sound quaility wise, they are alright. I found with the noice cancelling on the bass is overpowering and drown out the mids. They are nice looking though. I did get to comepare the UE9000's (Same drivers as the 6k's i think) to my ATH-M50's and i will say the sound on the M50s were more pleasent. I done like the highs too much on the M50's, i would prefer something warmer. Portability wise the M50's are soso, being left with a 3m long cable and a thick jack makes it hard to plug into my device. I've started to coil to cable up in loops and stick it in my pocket which more or less solves the problem but i would of prefered a detachable cable. The M50's feel great around your neck, the fact that the earpads fold lessens the bulkiness of the cans. IMO i think the M50's look nice. I cant speak for the M80's but they seem like a bassheads headphones. If i were to pick one i would choose the M50's if you can manage the annoyingly long cable for portable use, i think i have a soft spot for these cans since they were my entry into the audiophile market.

Btw, you just missed a black friday deal on the UE6000's where you could get them as cheap as $15 :( I got the UE9000's for $140 during that same deal.

That is false. the cheapest was "$35", but when I tried it, the total ended up being $60-70ish with taxes+s&h. that website seemed really scammy too lol.

I mean i didnt try out any of the UE6000 deals, i just saw them so im not sure which worked and which didnt. I did the total security rebate for $90 (which by the way has not come yet :( ). As far as the website, tigerdirect is a pretty good website, i've had no problems with their products or return systems so far.
