My goldring dr150 appears a bit too sensitive straight out of the D2, with hiss and such. Would making a resistor adapter fix that? If so, making one = one resistor per channel, not on ground, right? Doubling the ohms from 32 to around 60-70 should still eman it runs fine out of the d2, i hope.

I built a 150 ohm adapter and tried it with my Docs and I like what I heard. Offered a bit more refinement and gave them a touch more air to their sound. However, I wasn't having any of the issues you are so I can't say an adapter will resolve them.

As for building an adapter, yes - same value resistor for each channel, leave ground alone.
