My only concern with the Huawei is that I think you need a Huawei phone to take advantage of the best codecs. Let me know if I am wrong please! And another one just arrived, will test them out tomorrow

Been using these JBL Live Buds 3 and have to say they have grown on my alot. The flip to the Sony Hybrid tips made all the difference in the world for comfort and slightly alter the sound. Will have to do some A/B testing between the tips to quantify the difference a bit.
These really excel at creating a big concert feel especially with older rock like Led Zeppelin, Fleetwood Mac, Jazz also sound nice.
If I compare them to the GB3P using Stairway to Heaven, the start of the song is more clear and detailed on the GB3P with the sound of the finger on the guitar strings clearly and sharply portrayed. The JBL on the other hand let's you hear that but it's more relaxed and not as sharp. As the song progresses the vocals are slightly warmer on the JBL and the overall sound is wider giving them a bit bigger concert like feeling.
The only thing that annoys me is the controls being limited. I want all the controls on the buds. Can't believe they haven't fixed such an obvious shortcoming over all these years.
The case is neat but not very useful. I would prefer they spent more money on other things plus it does make the case bigger. But I do get how it makes them stand out against the market.
I mainly wanted to try these because of LDAC and that works very well. So that's a big win.
I imagine the pro model with the BA would sound more like the GB3P for those guitar string details. If it has the same big bass as this model on top it might be the best of both TWS. But you also lose the bean/buds style of this model which was part of why went with these over them same price stem model. It also looks like the pro model if quite a bit larger so might be less comfortable.

Really interested in your thoughts on the FreeBuds Pro 4, particularly whether the sound and ANC have improved, and whether they’ve kept the great phone call quality from the 3s
Freebuds Pro 4 have improved, what they did not sure. ANC the new stock tips are grippier and creates better seal for me.
Have been listening to both B&O Eleven on my adjusted eq (or B&O version of it) and the Freebuds Pro 4 in their HiFi Live Sound Setting
Have been using:
A) Queens of the Stone Age -Regular John
B) Cloud Nothings- Hey Cool Kid
C) Sound Quelle- Ah Up
Sorry to say the Huawei are really really good when compared with B&O are 2x the price.
My test on were do they stay in rotation is when I travel in which I can really test calls at airport, ANC and battery in real case.

Should say I was really enjoying the DPP but sadly just started a return request on Amazon. Fit was perfect for everything even sleeping. Sound was great after personalization but the mids became recessed and EQ after didn't help, vocal wise it sounded worse than my Jabra Elite Active 75T and Elite 7 Active. DPP stock tuning is so meh you need the sound personalization. Reason for returning is issue with white noise 'rumble' on left earbud (can happen on either bud) which happens on "Social Mode/ANC" set to ON. When it's OFF the issue is gone but I do use transparency occasionally. Bad mics? After browsing reddit I'm not the only Perl Pro user that has had this issue. Disappointed having to return these as I didn't get enough time to test them enough

OK, first time outside with wind and the JBL Live Buds 3 were extremely good! I had a very small amount of wind noise at first then it just disappeared... so these are naturally good in wind and then have excellent wind detection and removal.
This feature alone is worth the price of admission. Will report how they work in extreme wind.

Sorry, I wasn't clear. If you go to the Huawei site they talk about getting the most our of them because of codecs in the Huawei phone. Not saying there is an issue.Using it with my Samsung Fold 6 and Sony Xperia 1 VI. For both I have installed the Huawei AI Life app and work with no issue.

I think the Eleven got better for me the more I listened...not sure why. I am comparing that to the OG.Freebuds Pro 4 have improved, what they did not sure. ANC the new stock tips are grippier and creates better seal for me.

Flipped back to the JBL tips and Sony definitely attenuate the upper mids and treble. Using the EQ, mail vocals lost some of their warmth and femail vocals became more airy using the JBL tips. Gonna try the default tips again and see if I have better luck this time with comfort.
The personal EQ thing stated I had slight loss on the bass and needed enhance treble which is pretty much spot in. So I am using this EQ with a bump in the lower middle to add more warmth and midrange presence.

the APP2 is a good TWS, good features, good sound, and if you have an iphone as your music device, you shouldnt buy any other TWS.
But if you´re not in the apple ecosystem, its basically crippled. most of the features are walled off.

yea, they dropped LDAC and now its SBC, AAC and WHA which puts them in the same area as samsung, but at least samsung has a whole android compatible ecosystem, Huawei means hooking yourselfe to a ecosystem that basically only works well inside china.Correct the highest codec would be with the Huawei Mate X6 (On order) and if you need head tracking you also need Huawei phones for now.
I thought it also had LDHC
