everytime i pick up the v6 i feel like i'm gonna break it...and the wires going to each earcup are just ugly looking. (not to mention the main thing that separates the two is that the v6/v700 sits on my ears whereas the v600/900 fit over my ears, way more comfortable and isolating(also warmer on windy nights
Proved that despite its huge size the CD3000 can be shoved down one's throat.

Well regarding the way they sit in your ears, the V6 is supraural, the V900 is circumaural, both are different ways, not sure about V700, if your ears are not too big maybe you can fit them inside...
its odd cause sony advertises the v6/7506 as being circum...guess japanese people have smaller ears?
but nah..there's no way anyone's ears could fit inside the v700 pads... they're too too small.
either way i guess i just have huge ears because the most comfortable phones to me have been koss ur30's and v600/900's
(the senn 280's were pretty comfortable too, but I have a necessity for foldable phones)
