Well it turns out that the first single from the long awaited album "Chinese Democracy" will be released in September as part of the Rock Band II game on XBOX 360.

The track titled "Shackler's Revenge" was written by Buckethead and Brain. I'm looking foward to this one, hopefully we'll get a CD single release (or at least iTunes store release) some time in September.

This is the first official release from the new album. Looks like we may get to hear the entire album soon

The first 10 tracks of it are pretty good. Not crazy about the drum machine intros on many songs, but all in all it's a good album so far. Shackler's Revenge is SUCH a Buckethead-ish song title.
