You bet! We’re pretty easygoing around here.
 
How late can I order?
Honestly, we recommend you order ASAP. No matter how much we tell people, things are gonna get crazy as we get down to the last couple of days. And even if you pay the money for next-day air shipment (ouch), well, you know, the shippers aren’t infallible either.
 
No, really, how close can I slice it?
Get your order in by the 23rd and we’ll ship it same day, unless we happen to drift into backorder. On the 24th, we’re shut down. And the 25th. And the 26th. But you expected that. It’s a weekend.
 
How soon are you back at it after Christmas?
Expect things to be back to normal on Monday the 27th.
 
How about New Years?
How about it? We like it, too. We’re an equal-holiday enjoyer.
 
Yeah, but will you ship on New Years?
No, but if the shippers will take a package on the 31st, we’ll ship it.

I have to agree with Darksyde. Jason was kind enough to answer my questions (and I had many) regarding the Valhalla. He even answers his emails at 7am in the morning. RIDICULOUS!
 
Oh and of course, I bought the Valhalla. For $50 off, you really can't go wrong at this point.
