This year, seeing as I don't know my own schedule coming up to my sister's graduation early in May, I've started thinking about what to buy her for her college graduation (B.S. in Biology) right now, and I'm kind of stuck. She bought me a handful of books like the Spy Vs. Spy anthology and a couple of Dilbert books when I graduated a year ago, so I'd like to spend about $100 or so, but I'm flexible with the margins on my budget.
The things I'd like to avoid, but will consider if a particularly good recommendation comes around:

Jewelry: She and my mom usually trade off their own jewelry and neither really cares about my father's or my own opinion on this matter, so I'd rather not get her something she won't like
Books: She buys the ones she wants and usually doesn't care about outside recommendations.
DVDS: Same situation as with books, plus I'm already buying her a complete box set for her Birthday so I'd like to avoid doing it for graduation as well.

Any recommendations are greatly appreciated.

Buy her a gift certificate for one of these.

That works! Even if it's just a rental.

I'd consider a keg and tap, but she doesn't drink so...

I actually considered a fountain pen, but she was so happy when we moved from India and she didn't have to use them full time anymore, that I don't know if she'd use one, especially if I got her one $50 or more. I may still get her one as a side gift though. Thanks for bringing that up

I actually didn't think of something like this, but if I could find someone who does this in Alaska and I could swing it past our parents, this may actually be something I could consider.

Thank again for any and all responses. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated as well.

Get her something useful... like some closed headphones!
