My current phones are Senn's HD-555, and my plan is to purchase either HD-650's (around 285€'s) or
Beyerdynamic DT880 (~200€) plus Creek OBH-21SE (~250€, used product) with a budget of 600€.
With headphones, I mostly listen to music from various genres; techno, trance, heavy so the
main point there's plenty of bass so I'd like my phones to go all the way down.

My main source is computer, so a better soundcard wouldn't hurt either (as my old one is some SB-Audigy).

Anyways, which phones do you suggest for my liking?, and can that Creek's amp power up such high impedance phones?

welcome to headfi, sorry about your wallet.

Based on your musical preferences and stated taste for bass, you may want to look into the infamous Beyerdynamic DT770 pro (either the 250ohm or 80ohm), which excel at providing BASS.

If you go for the 80ohm, you wouldn't need an amp immediately, though it might help. I'm not an expert on those phones, so youd be better doing some research on that.

A good friend of mine listens to lots of trance, using his PC as his source, and has really been enjoying these headphones.

In addition, you may want to look into the Audio Technica line of headphones, as I believe that those are supposed to be fairly easy to drive and are "fun," with plenty of bass.

I also want to add that while I really enjoy my Senn 650s, if I were in your shoes, I would hold off on buying those for now. They need a great amp behind them, and REALLY benefit from a cable upgrade, especially if you like bass. I wouldn't exactly think of them as a great phone for trance, although I do listen to trance, trip hop, hip hop, rock, etc etc etc through them and don't complain. But that's just my thinking, and you should definitely read up on them.
