Is there a compile or general guide for avg pricing of the various IEM phones on the market? I see various bits sprinkled in random threads but nothing that would make it easy to compare.

I see such a wide range of pricing online for some models lately.. se530's selling at 500 on shure's site.. then ~270 on amazon for the same pair. I found out I could order the se530s through work for 250 and thought it was a ridiculously good price till i realized its only about 20 less than amazon..

A general guide? I don't think there is one around... just search around at sites that sell the headphones. When I'm thinking of buying a new pair I check Amazon first because I order a lot of things on there already.....

But I also check sites like HeadRoom: Stereo Headphones, Amps & DACs, Wireless, Noise Canceling, Ear Canal, Earbud, Audio Cables & Accessories and stuff.

thanks for the pointers. are the prices on amazon from authorized dealers? it appears that 270 price is for some 3rd party and not amazon directly.. i think i may order the se530's from shure directly at 250 while I can..
