*I havent bought the k712s yet*
I play solely on Xbox One and 360 and listen to a lot of rock/metal/electronic music. What amp (or amp/DAC)would be good to power the K712s AND be very usable with console? I don't want to spend more than $80 on one if I have to. I want to use the Pros as my choice of gaming headwear and replace my crappy headset. Thanks!

The O2+ODAC REV B would drive them really well, however its not within your price range, I would suggest looking at the mass drop amps/dacs

At that price range, the only thing I can suggest is Fiio E10K or Micca Origen, but even then, they might not be able to make this headphone really shine.
