Well, I think this is a bit overrated. Perhaps my amps are just less sensitive, or my system is not enough high end but to me the differences are quite small. All I can hear is a bit better definition in the bass-not nearly as much as changing other cables.
That said I agree with most of the things written in this article and do use exactly this-fat shielded power cords. One is a DIY project and the other is the excellent Supra LoRad. IMO anything alot more exotic than that is an overkill.
