I am the second owner, but the set is in very good condition (looks new to me) with no scuffs or marks.
Ear pads are in pretty much new condition as well.
Not sure how many hours the first owner put on it, though it was sold as 'like new, barely used'.
I myself only put about an hour of listening time on them.
On-ear is just not my cup of tea, no matter how great these sound (and they do!).
