This is about 1 year old, but in like new condition with original box. It has very light use as I only played for about 2 months before getting my DCM-370, and I never traveled with it.

Asking $25+shipping

Jeff

Musiclover passed on it, so this is still available. Don't miss the opportunity to own this excellent (and inexpensive) PCDP!

Jeffkiel-

I'm interested. And I've been looking and looking for references, reviews, etc. on the 3904 and finding diddly.

Do you where I can read up on it? I always like to get an idea of I'm shopping for, esp. since it ain't to be had from Radioshack anymore.

Also, why did you go to the Denon after the 3904?

A-dog

Yo, Dog! Sorry, I had to

The 3904 is known mainly for having a very good headphone out (for a portable) and neutral line outs (very important if you use an amp). I did a quick search here on head-fi and there are a number of mentions (search for 3904), for example:

http://www.head-fi.org/forums/showth...highlight=3904

You can check out www.headwize.com as well.

I went with the Denon because it is a component 5 disk changer, and I now use it as a transport (ie I have an outboard DAC). I got the 3904 when I was traveling (I wanted to retire my old Sony PCDP), but 9/11 came and I haven't seen a plane since.

Let me know what you think.

2 sales have fallen through at the last minute, so this is still up for offers. I had one other nibble (from grancasa), but haven't heard back from him yet.

hello, i'm interested, but could u give a brief description of this pcdp first please? the only things i've ever heard about it were related to the quality of the line-out and headphone out, but was wondering about stuff like battery-life, anti-skip, stuff like that... and if u could post a picture that would be fantastic (i just wanna know what it looks like, and a google search was to no avail).

rock on...

I cannot post a picture today, but I will try to tomorrow, with any details I can find on the questions you have (box is at the office, not here).

Sorry it took so long
It has 10 second anti skip, and I don't know about battery life as I have never used it on batteries (stayed on my desk the short time I used it).

Here is a pic as well (attached).
