I'm streamlining my headphone setups to focus on electrostatic (BHSE and 009) and other hobbies, so now that I've sold my Qualia 010s and Senn HD-800s I might as well sell this terrific balanced amp, arguably the best balanced dynamic solid-state amp available today.  It drove these headphones beautifully and neutrally, and it has more than enough power for any dynamic/ortho short of an HE-6.  I've been completely satisfied with it, as it represents yet another of Justin's top-notch, no nonsense amps that gets out of the way and lets you just enjoy the music.  As far as I can tell the differences from the next gen GS-X aren't all that extensive, and the extra power likely won't make a difference for most headphones.  And the key part is that you can get it immediately, rather than waiting with bated breath for months (or longer).  It's the black version, and it is in near-mint if not actual-mint condition -- it's always been well taken care of, and there's no visible marks or scratches as far as I can see.  I used it maybe a dozen times over the two years I've had it.  It will come with all accessories and packaging.

Payment will be via Paypal (please add 3%), and at my asking price of $1800 I'll pay for USPS Priority Mail shipping within CONUS.  I'd really rather not sell overseas unless you're a friend or otherwise established (sorry, been burned too many times that way).  My feedback here and in the buyer-seller archives is immaculate, and it's also pristine at eBay, Nikonians, Fred Miranda, and Audiogon.  Thanks for your time!

2/12/13 Update:  A knowledgeable friend advised me to include the following info for prospective buyers to ponder:  You might want to mention that anyone can buy your amp and order the upgraded v.2 modules from Justin for $400 and skip the line (and end up cheaper too). It looks like the current GS-X v.2 run is sold out so it will be a while for anyone who wants to buy now to get one. The only changes inside other than modules is a PCB redesign that changes the alignment of parts a bit, a cooling change, not audio. Other than that, it's a new face plate that replaces the 2 3 pin XLR with 3 pin XLR combination jacks (that have 1/4 TRS connections in the center of each) and an added 4 pin XLR.

Price lowered to $1,950!  And I'm in the SF Bay Area if anybody wants to do local pickup and save on shipping fees.
