Bought this to use as USB DAC about 6 months ago but it did not get much use since I stopped using my computer as source soon after.
This little thing has tons of in/out features including the popular USB DAC/Amp combo funtion.
You can read more about it here, and some reviews on Amazon.com.
I only have the unit itself.  No box, no accessories, no literatures, etc etc.  (Accidentally threw them out)
The unit is in like-new condition.
I paid $119.95 plus shipping for SRM.  My asking price is $49 shipped within the US.
Will trade for a portable amp.
Pics can be provided if requested.
Feedbacks in the signature below.
Thanks for reading.

Does it support Win7? And do you have the breakout cable to connect 5.1 speakers?

i have not tried it with windows 7 but i am sure it does since turtle beach released the driver for windows 7.
like i said in the original post, i only have the SRM unit itself.  no cable, no accessories, nothing else.
the cables should not be difficult to get at your local electronic stores such as radioshack, etc.

I can confirm that the SRM does work with Windows 7.
