Yes, I'm dumb. I attempted to recable these phones but I messed up. It was working fine but I kept messing with it and heated the solder joint that connects to the hair-thin driver coil wire, severing that connection making one of the drivers inoperable.

So you're getting an HFI-780 in great condition, minus one driver. The cable is this: Whirlwind MST2TS06US Cable - Adapter, 1/8" TRS male to (2) 1/4" TS male, 6', Canare MR202-2AT - Whirlwind MLTDIR to SK115G16

It also comes with the Beyerdynamic velour pads that fit on these phones. Also comes with some sound dampening material.

Yes, I was trying to make my own psuedo-ALO-780 but I messed up and soldered the wrong location.

Ultrasone is lame and won't sell individual drivers. I can't find anywhere that sells individual drivers. Letting this go for $SOLD
